What is the lead time for orders?
Stock and custom inventoried items (custom items that are being held at
Medfare to ship as you need them) will ship within 48 business hours of placing your order and will arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
New Custom orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to produce once your approved/signed artwork is received by Medfare.
Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days to arrive due to the

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or
exchange any unused item (packages must be unopened) within 30 days of
receipt. Custom printed material is not eligible for return or exchange
unless an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part or is

All returns will be inspected upon our receipt before a credit will be
issued, so please package items carefully to avoid damage in shipping.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please
contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-MedFare (633-3273) or by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA number and return instructions.
Any items returned without an RA number or returned to the incorrect
warehouse address will be refused.
Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for return shipping
costs unless an item is returned due to an error by Medfare. If you request
Medfare to issue Return Labels for you, we will deduct the costs for
those Labels from your credit.
Restocking fees of $0.75 per package will apply to all returns unless items
are returned due to a Medfare error.
