Can I request samples of products?

Yes. Medfare will mail you samples of any products you wish. To request samples, contact us by phone at 1-888-633-3273 or by email at custservice@medfare.com

Can Medfare create a fully customized program for my facility?

Yes. We specialize in customization. Please contact us by phone at 1-888-633-3273 or email at custservice@medfare.com. Additionally, we are able to add your facility's name and logo to any stock item.

What if Medfare does not stock a size of Traycovers, Tray Slips or Menus that I need?

How can I place an order with Medfare?

Once registered, you can place orders 24 hours a day / 7 days a week through Medfare's webstore.
Call 1-888-MEDFARE (633-3273) and place your order with one of our exceptional customer service specialists. This department is available Monday though Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Does Medfare send an order confirmation for each order?

Yes. We will fax or email order confirmations for any order placed via the webstore, via email or via fax. Also, if you phone in your order you will be asked if you would like an order confirmation.

Can custom and stock items ship together?

What is the lead time for orders?

Stock and custom inventoried items (custom items that are being held at Medfare to ship as you need them) will ship within 48 business hours of placing your order and will arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

New Custom orders will take 3 to 4 weeks to produce once your approved/signed artwork is received by Medfare. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days to arrive due to the shipping process.

New Custom orders for Wipes will take approximately 9 weeks to produce once your approved/signed artwork is received by Medfare. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days to arrive due to the shipping process.

Can I expedite my shipment to get it sooner?

Yes. Medfare can ship Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day and will ship your order the same day using one of these options if an order is placed by 2:00 pm Eastern Time.

How can I track my order?

Call 1-888-MEDFARE (633-3273) and a customer service specialist will assist you.

What if there is an item you cannot ship because you are out of stock?

On the rare occasion that we are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the situation and ask if you would like us to hold a backorder for you or if you would like a substitute item. You will not be charged for any product that has not shipped.

Where should I send my approval of artwork?

PDF approvals should be printed out and faxed to 1-800-336-8964, Attention: Art Department (up to 10 pages total - if over 10 pages please mail proofs with signatures).

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused item (packages must be unopened) within 30 days of receipt. Custom printed material is not eligible for return or exchange unless an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part or is damaged.

If you receive damaged material - please keep all cartons and contents that are damaged and contact Medfare immediately by phone at 1-888-633-3273 or email at custservice@medfare.com.

All returns will be inspected upon our receipt before a credit will be issued, so please package items carefully to avoid damage in shipping.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-MedFare (633-3273) or by emailing custservice@medfare.com to receive an RA number and return instructions. Any items returned without an RA number or returned to the incorrect warehouse address will be refused.

Shipping charges are not refundable and we do not pay for return shipping costs unless an item is returned due to an error by Medfare. If you request Medfare to issue UPS Return Labels for you, we will deduct the costs for those Labels from your credit.

Restocking fees of $0.75 per package will apply to all returns unless items are returned due to a Medfare error.
